The practice
Engagements are led by credentialed senior practitioners and delivered through a network of coaches, auditors, trainers and technical specialists — plus digital programmes we integrate or build for your assurance rhythm.
The practice draws on more than twenty years in multi-site property, facilities and operational environments — including HSEQ governance at scale for Compass Group programmes serving Fortune 500 customers, and accredited HSE academies for contractor competence. That operational depth now supports UK clients through teams that expand and contract with the work.
We are not a one-person consultancy. Core leadership sets direction and quality; delivery expands with freelance specialists, partner organisations and software — sized to the project, not a fixed roster. We integrate inspection suites, LMS platforms, EHS clouds, Power BI reporting and custom AI-assisted workflows — or build organisation-specific tools where off-the-shelf products do not fit your assurance rhythm.
