Who we are

This website is operated by Ataman Consulting Ltd, trading as HSE Coaching, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hse@atamanconsulting.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you contact us via the enquiry form, email, phone, WhatsApp or Calendly, we process your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your enquiry in order to respond and, where relevant, provide services. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data about how the site is used.

The lawful bases we rely on are: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and improving the site), consent (for optional analytics and embedded scheduling), and contract (where we go on to work together).

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in two ways:

• Essential. Required to remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. These are always on and set no marketing data.
• Analytics (optional). If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies to measure anonymised, aggregated usage. IP addresses are anonymised. You can decline without losing any functionality.
• Scheduling (optional). Our booking calendar is embedded from Calendly, which sets its own cookies. We only load it after you accept cookies or explicitly click “Load booking calendar”.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which will make the consent banner appear again.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run the site and respond to you — for example email delivery, analytics (Google) and scheduling (Calendly) — who act on our instructions. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement, and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email hse@atamanconsulting.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
